The app does use Microsoft PlayFab services. Microsoft PlayFab is a Backend as a Service platform that we use to host players profiles, data and to handle our server side of the game. The extent of the data we collect with PlayFab is limited to events that help us maintain and improve the game. Those events include when and where an account is created. When it is logged into the game. Events the player executes inside the game. Their progress in the game. Information relevant to handling player bans. Device info, and operating system. Contact email, if the player chooses to provide it.

This app is created using Unity's game engine. Their privacy policy can be accessed at:

This app does not use in-app advertisements nor does it share any info mentioned above with advertisers.

Crash and Bug Reporting

This app utilizes Backtrace’s crash reporting system. In case of an error in the app we collect data and information. We only retain device and crash information for a period long enough to diagnose and fix crashes and issues encountered in the game, and ensure its health. Crash reports contain game data, its version and language. Device information such as cpu brand, cpu count, device model and name, device type and graphics card type.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through our Service for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. For example, we may use your information to:

  • create game accounts and allow users to play our games.

  • operate and improve our Service.

  • understand you and your preferences to enhance your experience and enjoyment using our Service.

  • respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service.

  • send you related information, including confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, password resets, and support and administrative messages.

  • communicate with you about promotions, upcoming events, rewards and game news.

What are device identifiers (like IDFA or fingerprints) and why do you collect them?

Like many other providers of mobile apps, instead of requiring users to create an account and log in to it each time they access one of our apps, we may opt to recognize the user’s device through various device identifiers. Device identifiers are also used for functions that require Unity to recognize devices across various apps.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. You can contact us at support@moving-dimensions.com.

Request Or Deletion Of Collected Data

If you wish to have any data we've collected be sent to you, or wish to have it removed (this will require your account be deleted), please send us an email at support@moving-dimensions.com.
